Responsibilities (this is not an exhaustive list):
· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
· Answer phones, participate in the reception phone rotation, and provide professional and courteous service
· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
· Maintain a high level of professionalism, as this role requires maintaining confidential documents
· Support office operations and team projects
· Maintain organized files and accurate records
· Assist with credit card reconciliations and light bookkeeping tasks
· Assist leadership teams with day-to-day administrative support
What we are looking for:
· 2+ years of Administrative Assistant or office support experience
· Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
· Experience with supporting multiple departments or executives is a plus
